As far in advance is possible! If you’re not sure on the days, that’s okay.
I’ve had clients give me a wide range of dates months in advance. I put them down as pending and periodically check in until the dates are set.

We do! All meet and greets at our home are free, and we’ll give you a tour of where your pet will be staying and the back yard.
Meet and greets where we come to you (such as drop in services), will be free the first time only.

We’ll be happy to bathe your pet if they get dirty, but further grooming services we can’t offer since we don’t have the training, licensing, or insurance to do so.

We’ll send you a minimum of one photo or video per day, per pet. Most likely more since we constantly take pictures!
If your pet is with us, feel free to message us anytime if you’re missing your pooch and we’ll send more as soon as possible.

Boarding - payment is due when you pet is dropped off.
All other services - when the service is complete.

We do! We’re massive supporters of our military and law enforcement.
Please let us know this when booking so we can include a discount on your invoice.

We only require a deposit if your pet is due to be boarded with us for 2 weeks or more.
If the deposit can’t be made, we can’t guarantee that those dates will be held for you.

We understand that plans change. Please let us know as soon as you can if you need to change your dates, or won’t be needing our services.
Bookings less than two weeks, there is no cancelation fee.
Bookings over two weeks must be cancelled within 7 days of the start date.
Example: If the booking begins 9/8/26, you would need to cancel by 9/1/26 for a refund of the deposit.
Emergency cancellations are a case by case basis

If you trip ends early, just let us know when you will return as soon as possible. Updated invoices will be sent with updated costs, and any necessary money refunded.
