Who we are

Hello! We are Irvin and Jennifer, the owners and operators of Sweet Home. We both have careers in emergency services, so our days never stop. but we’re animal enthusiasts who love all types of pets at heart.

Before we began pet sitting, we have been fostering with the Tuscaloosa Metro Animal Shelter since 2008! Our specialty is raising and socializing neonatal and feral kittens to prepare for adoption.

I, Jennifer, began professionally pet sitting in September 2023 thanks to a friend. My business grew so well that my husband saw my progress, and decided to join in our new adventure!
